18. Troy Grills Andre
A lot of Troy's charm came from his lack of self-awareness. During the events of Halloween, Shirley and Chang became intimate in a "why not, I'm probably going to die anyway" moment, and then promptly forgot about it due to government issued super memory erase serum or something.
