Harley Quinn is one of DCs most popular recent creations. She made her first appearance in the Nineties animated Batman series, and will soon be appearing in DCs big budget Suicide Squad movie, but her first live action appearance was technically on Arrow. Cassidy Alexa portrayed the character in a cameo from a deleted scene from the second season episode 'Suicide Squad.' During the episode, in which Amanda Waller assembled her team of dangerous villains to prevent Gholem Qadir from selling his dangerous nerve agent weapon, Harley can be heard shouting at Diggle and Lyla, before Waller hits her door to silence the crazed villain. The character wasnt used, but can be heard offering to help, and claiming that she was a trained therapist. A deleted scene showed a yellow Argus prison jumpsuit, like the ones worn by the other inmates, and a woman with scruffy looking hair and bleached white skin. The camera is never shown her face, but it is beyond clear that this character is Harley Quinn.
