18. Turn Up Charlie

A series about a man who's a nanny - he's a manny! - Turn Up Charlie is being produced by Idris Elba, who'll also star as the titular Charlie, a struggling DJ who gets a job looking after his best friend's troublesome daughter.

Elba's a gifted, charismatic actor who often chooses the wrong role, but placing him as the star of a half-hour comedy should be a great vehicle for him to showcase his charm and indeed sense of humour.

Support comes from the likes of Piper Perabo (Coyote Ugly) and JJ Field (Captain America: The First Avenger), and there should be a lot of fun to come out of this premise.
