This one hurts a bit. Martin Sheen has starred in some of the finest movies in Hollywood history (if you havent seen Apocalypse Now then please stop reading and go watch it), and even got to play the President in the mind bogglingly great The West Wing. Now hes surprisingly taking a pay check from companies like Centrum Silver that are shilling pseudoscience. Despite a fairly comprehensive scientific consensus that multivitamins dont help you (and in fact might do more harm than good) Charlies father doesnt seem to secure the same kind of ridiculous television deals that his son has, and thus is happy to tell you that these pills you will pee out by lunchtime will make you feel better in the face of demonstrable evidence that says otherwise.This one is a bit of a stunner, and a bit depressing to boot. Also it seems strange considering he has also advertised Pepsi in the past, and its not like the message of these equally garbage products goes together that well.
