There's no absolutely official death toll, due to the fact that Blackwater Bay deaths (and basically any war/battle that took place) would've resulted in an unknown number of casualties, but Digg went and compiled every on-screen death in Thrones, complete with kill counter in the bottom left corner which stands at a staggering 5,179.
