17. The 100

The CW's answer to Game of Thrones, The 100's post-apocalyptic nature initially allowed it to go into darker territory than the network usually ventured, but it did so maintaining some of the conventions that we've come to expect from it.

The show had a real solid run, but unfortunately, the end is nigh for Clarke, Bellamy and rest of our beloved grounders as it will wrap up with its seventh season later this year.

All is not lost for the dystopian world, however, as the show will attempt to set up a spin-off prequel series before it bows out. Here's hoping it manages to do so.
