3. The Handmaid's Tale

One of 2017's best new series - and just best series, period - The Handmaid's Tale was a powerful and timely adaptation of Margaret Atwood's classic novel.

Led by an incredible performance from Elisabeth Moss, featuring sharp writing and some gorgeous direction, it was an indelible run of episodes that covered all of Atwood's source material, so what about Season 2?

The second run will expand the scope of the world beyond what we saw on the page, visiting the previously mentioned Colonies, while incorporating Offred's pregnancy, more flashbacks, and no doubt a whole load of shocking, poignant, and ferocious drama.
