With us having previously heard mention of Coast City, we find our first flashback of Season 4 taking us to the home of a certain Green Lantern. Here we find a long-haired Oliver Queen attempting to take down a Sebastian Stan-looking drug dealer, only for the future Arrow to gets his ass handed to him.
