5. Shang-Chi

While Iron Fist didn't turn out to be as exciting as most Iron Fist fans would have liked, there is still hope for martial arts-based heroes in the MCU and it could come in the form of Shang-Chi.

The Bruce Lee inspired hero would make a great addition to Iron Fist or Daredevil and they could even have him retain his self-duplicating powers he acquired in recent years during the events of Infinity in the comics.

He's no stranger to battling The Hand and the duplication ability would allow him to even the odds with The Hand and their endless surplus of ninjas however, Shang-Chi would be an excellent addition even in his regular incarnation.

Shang-Chi has also been shown to slot into just about any story, from taking on Thanos' Black Order to rooting out cells of Hydra or The Hand as well as working with Spider-Man, Daredevil and even having high-tech martial arts weaponry created for him by Tony Stark.
