5 Children's TV Shows You Forgot You Watched
Here's five classics we think you'll remember.

5. Come Outside
This BBC Children's Educational Series ran from 1993 until 1997 and featured Lynda Baron (Open All Hours) as "Auntie Mable", joined by her lovable pet dog Pippin. One of the shows central themes was aeroplane adventures which saw the two travel up and down the UK to dig out information about how things are made or how day to day objects such as buses work. The show lasted for three series and an episode from that season, titled "Bricks", won the Royal Television Society Educational Television Award in 1997 in the Pre-school and Infants category. Along with Baron's homely personality, Pippin's appeal to children and the brightly coloured aeroplane, "Come Outside" became a much cherished TV series in the 1990's.
