5 Most Shocking Moments From The Fargo Finale

Walking on thin ice...

The FX original series, Fargo, has been building up to an epic conclusion over the course of nine episodes leading up to the finale that aired Tuesday night. Not quite a sequel, not quite a remake and not quite the same story, the series has been a great addition to the original Coen Brothers movie since the start. There are a multitude of characters featured in the show, but the main focus has been on Martin Freeman's Lester Nygaard, Allison Tolman's Molly Solverson and Billy Bob Thornton's Lorne Malvo. We have seen a pile of bodies stacked high enough to reach the second floor of a house, most of them at the hands of Malvo, but a few lay solely on the head of Lester Nygaard. Freeman plays the character much differently than William H. Macy played Jerry Lundgaard in the original 1996 film. Instead of a man who is digging a hole deeper and deeper with each decision he makes, Nygaard has been made into a monster who would even use his second wife as bait for a sadistic serial killer. If you have not seen the episode from this week, you may want to go watch it before reading any further because this article will contain major spoilers form the series finale. This slideshow will look at the five most shocking moments from the final episode of Fargo.
