While this doesnt have quite the sentimentality of the others, this one definitely showed us a different side of Sherlock. Lowered inhibitions or not, we saw a new Sherlock, one who couldnt deduce, was belligerent, and also was a lightweight. As a character who did drugs, Im a bit surprised he was so affected by alcohol, but we all have something we cant tolerate. This may not seem like much - just a funny scene. But it is so much more. The scene in Sherlock was important because its the closest thing well seem him to being a normal guy. Even though the belligerence we saw as out of the type of ash, it was still an attempted brawl outside a bar. Underneath everything Sherlock has, much to his dismay, there lies an average man just waiting to get drunk and come out and have a brawl. My money's on Sherlock - even drunk, he can probably kill someone multiple ways. Basically, we all got to see Sherlock as your average, every day drunk. And it was pretty hilarious, too.
