5 Ways The Big Bang Theory Has Gone Downhill

3. Howard Got Married

Howard Wolowitz is, in my opinion, the funniest character on the show. His creepy way of trying to chat up women, his ridiculously misguided ways to try and pull at bars and his sarcastic mockery of his friends all made him a funny character. Emphasis has to be put on the misguided way to try and pull at bars, as one of my favourite episodes is the episode when he, Raj and Leonard go to a bar to try and pick up women. Another is when he and Raj go to a goth bar dressed as goths to try their luck. Basically, Howard is at his best when he€™s failing to get girls. So, naturally, Howard getting married was a turn for the worse for The Big Bang Theory. It means we get a lot less of Howard in his comedy element, instead it has been replaced with relationship problems (surprise, surprise). I don€™t mind Bernadette as a character, I think she€™d be fine as a friend for Penny who is in the show, I just don€™t think she has to be with Howard in order to work.
