Sticking with the parenting theme for a minute, lets take a look at what so many companies believe is an absolute truth about all the fathers out there: Dads are terrible at being hands-on with their kids. Unless it's playing sports in the backyard or teaching them how to nail up some drywall, dads are pretty much useless in the day-to-day lives of their offspring. Especially when they're babies. Huggies even went so far as to suggest that most dads are so utterly clueless when it comes to performing the most basic tasks, they need to read a thick instruction manual before changing a diaper. (But they wouldn't read it anyways, because...men. RIGHT??) It goes beyond the idea that dads are dummies--which is a prevalent notion in a whole lot of marketing campaigns--it actually suggests that guys are typically negligent and uncaring parents. That's the core concept here: Even dads can change our diapers. That's how idiot-proof they are!
