10. A Civil War Tie-In

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has thus far had tie-ins with two Marvel movies, both coinciding with the back-half of its seasons: 1 had The Winter Solider, and 2 had Age of Ultron. The amount these tied-in, and the success, was wildly different. 

The Captain America link was the catalyst for the show to really start delivering on action and story arcs, and without it the show may have sunk. The Avengers, meanwhile, was more of a throwaway line, and didn't really help serve the plot. 

If they're going to continue these movie tie-ins, which I'm assuming they are, then it'll be Captain America: Civil War. This should actually be a good fit for S.H.I.E.L.D., given the nature of the film and the controversy surrounding who holds the heroes to account. That's essentially a part of what the S.H.I.E.L.D. organisation was, so they could well be an important part in exploring that story further outside of Team Stark and Team Rogers.
