The first teaser that was released at Comic Con this year and showed Gaga's eerie hand ringing the bell at the front desk. It seems Elizabeth is too posh to check herself in.

But why is this trailer so creepy? Other than the obvious fact that it's American Horror Story, surely it must link to the plot somehow?

It seems like the Countess will be a mysterious figure on the show and many fans on Reddit speculate that she will be linked to the "Ten Commandments" killings that lead Detective John Lowe to the hotel.
