10. Big Game

After his father, the original Big Game, was killed by Cupid, this villain decided to take it upon himself to track down Green Arrow and Black Canary.

Also known simply as Blake, the second Big Game is a man on a mission. He originally came across the Emerald Archer and Canary in Africa, then followed them back to Star City to get some semblance of revenge.

As to what he brings to the table, Big Game is a master huntsman with impressive strength. He has no real standout powers, just that he’s a determined sort with a grudge and with some great tracking skills. In that way, he’s a little like a poor man’s Kraven (he of Spider-Man’s rogues’ gallery).

Big Game is undoubtedly a minor villain, but he could easily be put into the mix on Arrow as someone who Ollie has encountered previously and who now turns up in modern-day Star City with a grudge against Oliver Queen and/or the Green Arrow. Even more than this, considering Arrow has already introduced Cupid into The CW’s DC world, any use of Big Game could be tied to Carrie Cutter and her obsession with the Green Arrow.
