10. Team Arrow Will Be Reunited Within A Few Episodes

As mentioned, Team Arrow is shorn of a few members, with just Oliver and Felicity left in the Arrowcave. While that wouldn't actually be a bad thing to run with for a few episodes, getting back to having Oliver as more of a lone wolf, there are going to be new recruits.

On top of that, however, it seems very unlikely that Diggle and Thea will be staying away from the crimefighting life for too long. Set photos have already emerged for Diggle sporting a much-needed new mask, so he'll be back in the game at some point, and it's likely to be after just a few episodes - it'd be too difficult to involve him in the main plot otherwise.

Thea is a character they can afford to do something different with a bit more, since she'll be throwing herself into the political side of things, but she's done such a good job as Speedy - and brings a nice counterbalance to the seriousness of Oliver and Dig - that she too will be suiting up again before long, meaning Team Arrow is reunited (and perhaps a little overstuffed).
