Oliver and Felecity's "will they, won't they" relationship has been a source of much drama for the team in the third season. While it is clear that they both love each other, Oliver keeps her at arms length as a way to protect her. While this break's Felecity's heart, she understands his logic and is currently being drawn in by both Ray Palmer and Barry Allen (Ray more than Barry). This has to all change when Oliver returns from the dead. Seeing that life is too short to not follow his heart, Oliver will finally make a full commitment to Felecity and begin a relationship with her. Will it last? Nobody knows. There will several external forces that will be attempting to pull them apart including Ray Palmer, the constant stress of being a hero, and polar opposite personalities. If the stresses of what they do becomes such a burden on their relationship that they break-up, there will always be an opening on Team ATOM if she wants it.
