Ever since he first re-appeared in Season 2, Malcolm has been an interesting character, neither a hero, nor an outright villain. Yet, collecting the ashes of Vandal Savage certainly seemed like one of his more sinister acts of late. Its curios what exactly hes going to do since he seemed so afraid of Savage. Without his own immortality to rely on, someone like Savage surely threatens him. But could that be the reason hes sparing him, to learn the secret of his immortality? Or perhaps he just wants someone powerful to be indebted to him. Of course, the reasons for what hes doing are secondary to what exactly his plans are. We know Vandal Savage is going to be brought back somehow, as it seems unlikely that its the Earth-2 version harassing the Legends Of Tomorrow. So how exactly is Malcolm going to manage to resurrect him from the ashes? No matter how he does it, its a safe bet that Oliver and Barry are going to be kicking themselves for not sweeping up that dust after the fight.
