With Oliver having found himself and the team a new base of operations, its a little odd to find out that this new hangout was the former office of Sebastian Blood. Brother Blood was the creepy mask-wearing villain who played an integral part in the fantastic second season of Arrow, and he certainly put Oliver and his family through hell. So, with that said, it was just a little off and eerie to see Ollie jump into the office of someone who put him through the wringer so much. Still, given Bloods fate, Id imagine the rent is pretty cheap.
