At the end of the very first episode of Season 4 we saw it shockingly revealed that Captain Lance was in cahoots with the nefarious Damien Darhk. Whilst many presumed that this secret would be kept from Team Arrow for a little while longer, surprisingly we saw Ollie unravel these shady goings-on during Beyond Redemption. This then led to one of the episodes most impressive moments as Oliver confronts Lance and calls him out on it. Its one of the few times where Ollie can have the moral high ground on the man that he so looks up to yet who regularly berates him, and it was fantastic to see Stephen Amell get all irate Oliver on the Captain.
