Granted, Alan Chang may be the most minor of Arrow's supporting characters, but his fate was a truly gruesome one. Initially seen at the start of the episode talking to Diggle and Lyla before being unceremoniously kidnapped, Changs dead body would turn up later on in AWOL, marking one of the grimmest WTF moments of Arrow to date. Seriously, poor Chang was covered in cuts, had had his knees broken, his fingers nails had been taken out, and hed even had an eye removed before being put out of his suffering. But he wouldnt be the last character to bite the bullet during this episode.
