So finally all of those years of working alongside Felicity Smoak have seemingly paid off for Diggle! With Shadowspire having taken over ARGUS and cut all communications, Digg shocks us all by remembering something he picked up from watching Felicity at work. That something would be essentially hotwiring a TV in order to get word out to the outside world namely Oliver and Co. of what was going down within ARGUS headquarters. Thanks to Diggs newfound tech prowess, the Emerald Archer would soon arrive to help save the day.
