With an impressively-acrobatic cat burglar hitting some of Star Citys most prestigious businesses and stealing some highly distinct technology, for a little while there we were led on a merry dance as we, not to mention Team Arrow, were questioning just who it was that was carrying out these crimes. After a parkour-centric chase by the Green Arrow, its revealed that, dun, dun, dun, dun, the man under the mask is none other than Roy Harper, the former Arsenal, in a move that felt a little like a watered-down version of Jason Todds return to action over in the realm of Batman a few years ago. Believed dead by the outside world, Roy had gone into hiding in order to protect the notion that he was The Arrow all along. Hence why Ollie is now known as Green Arrow. Regardless of what hed done previously, Roy was shockingly back in Star City and carrying out all sorts of no-good acts.
