When Oliver Queen was seen lashing a whip at Conklin in an Indiana Jones-esque way earlier in the season, you knew that the no-good right hand man of Baron Reiter wasnt going to let it slide should the chance of payback rear its head. And rear its head it did. Having been found out to be a liar, Reiter agrees that Conklin can do what he pleases to Oliver Queen. Not forgetting what had been done to him previously, Conklin dishes out the exact same fate, cracking the whip against the exposed back of Ollie. This was just one of the many WTF moments that have accompanied the evil nature of Conklin during the island flashbacks this season.
