When he was introduced earlier in the season, Lonnie Machin was positioned as a goon for hire that was working for Damien Darhk. Resurfacing in Blood Debts, Machin seems to be a far greater threat this time as hes positioned as more of a calculating out-and-out villain than he was previously. Even more unhinged as well, Anarky feels like a genuine threat to Team Arrow and even to Damien Darhk, proving himself to be cunning and spiteful, yet also showing that hes more than adequate at hand-to-hand combat when coming up against Speedy and Black Canary. It was great to see Machin again, and his appearance here even felt a little reminiscent of the original (and sadly now deceased) Count Vertigo. Heres hoping he gets to turn up again before Season 4 is out.
