Remember that Vlad fella who Conklin persuaded to try and kill Ollie during last weeks flashback moments? You know, the one who Oliver promptly (and fatally) dispatched of? Turns out that he was the brother of Taiana, the woman that was rescued by Ollie earlier in the season and who hes since struck up a strong relationship with. This was a major kick in the nuts for the back-in-time Oliver, with it yet another example of Conklin trying to mess with our future Emerald Archer.
