Captain Lance's uneasy relationship with Oliver Queen continues this week, as he's forced into working with a man he doesn't trust (or like). One of the best things about this is that we get another of his little speeches to Oliver, about the things he does or doesn't do, and it's always enjoyable to see these scenes because Paul Blackthorne's delivery is generally excellent, and Oliver rarely has any sort of comeback. An even more uneasy relationship for Lance is the one he has with Damien Darhk. That was a pretty big twist last week, and we get another glimpse of it this time around. He obviously has an idea of what Darhk is capable of and wants nothing to do with him, but it's because he knows the threat he poses that he's forced into co-operating. Darhk holds the life of his daughter over his head this week, and it's going to be interesting to see just how long Lance can handle working with him before something snaps.
