It doesn't get much more shocking than seeing the Green Arrow shot at close range, but that's exactly what happened here. Whilst this was likely a huge WTF moment for most people watching, it seemingly wasn't for the characters of the show itself, though. After Bug-Eyed Bandit unloads a round into the chest of the Emerald Archer, nobody particularly reacts. Felicity and Thea have a half-concerned look on their face, whereas Green Arrow himself stays down for matter of seconds before getting back to his feet. Clearly that kevlar is made of stern stuff. So whilst Green Arrow getting shock was a WTF moment, arguably even more WTF is that it meant absolutely nothing.
