10. The Opening Team Shot (Or So We Thought)

The cold open of the episode does a great job of setting the scene of a superhero team-up - or so we're supposed to think.

It starts with Barry and Oliver seemingly up against the odds, and then we get the first big shot of the heroes assembled: Speedy, White Canary, Heat Wave, and Spartan on the ground; Firestorm, Atom, and Supergirl in the air.

It's the first 'hell yeah' moment, especially as it's quickly followed by the four-fold logos, and serves as a fine introduction to the crossovers. Even if, as we'd later learn, it wasn't as it appeared.
