The one aspect of the whole Batwoman thing that the TV series has been nailing is the fight scenes. So far, each episode has contained a rather thrilling combat-filled showdown as the red-haired Caped Cruasder battles either one or multiple bad guys. And that is a streak that 'Mine Is A Long And A Sad Tale' wasted absolutely no time in continuing.

In Kate's only in-costume appearance this week, she turned out the lights (literally and figuratively) for Alice and her goons as she showed up and single-handedly demolished everything in (and out of) sight, knocking each and every one of them unconscious - including her dear old sister.

From the impressive choreography to the delightful use of theatrics (and what about those night-vision animated/Dark Knight-like eyes?), this was the most Batman that the TV series has felt so far, and it was glorious.
