One of the most unsurprising things about Breaking Bad was the quality of men that surrounded meth kingpin Gustavo Fring. Nearly every one of them was a vicious sociopath, which made quite a few suck on a personality-level. Take Victor for instance (played by Jeremiah Bitsui), who was Gus's main underling until the businessman took a box cutter to his throat. Silent unless he was being smug, Victor was not a fun guy to watch. During the second season of the show, Victor only appeared a couple of times to deliver messages and threats. Things got much more annoying in Season 3, when it was revealed that the twirp had secretly watched Jesse and Walter cook, learned the basics of the meth recipe, and then sought to use it for his own gain. There was just something so enraging about the smug smiles he tossed around before getting put down by Gus. Perhaps the lesson here is that sadism doesn't really help with someone's likability.
