Could there be a more obvious number one pick? You didn€™t think I€™d say Jesse did you? Walt has to die. We all know this. Gilligan has repeatedly stated that this show is rooted in a firm belief in karmic forces. If that€™s the case then Walt€™s fate is sealed. The man has ordered prison killings, watched a woman choke to death, poisoned a child, murdered an associate in cold blood, indirectly (but intentionally) caused much pain and suffering and constantly manipulated one of the most touching supporting characters I€™ve ever seen. He€™s got serious bad karma coming. How will it happen? There are a lot of possibilities. Gilligan has stated that the cancer will be addressed in the new season. I think it's safe to say that it will come back in some capacity. Hopefully that isn't what kills him though. It would be a little too convenient for him. I think that his death will be largely related to that machine gun he brought in the cold opening at the beginning of season 5A. Hopefully it happens in a way that poetically links back to the meth industry. Breaking Bad tends to have excellent thematic ties throughout so I doubt I'll be disappointed. It's fairly safe to say that Walt will die. It€™s almost written in stone. He certainly won€™t get away with everything he's done. We all know it. We€™re not debating it. The fun part will be seeing how it all unfolds. Can August get here sooner please? Click 'next' to see who we hope won't bite the bullet.
