Brooklyn Nine-Nine: The WORST THINGS That EVERY Main Character Has Done

8. Hitchcock & Scully - Scamming The Nine-Nine

What can be said about Hitchcock and Scully that can't also be said about an aging Golden Retriever? They're excitable when it comes to food, won't move all day, and will bury their heads in shame when someone notices a foul smell coming from their general direction.

Throughout the show, Hitchcock and Scully are frequently the butt of everyone's jokes and for good reason too. Either they're using every trick in the book to avoid doing work or messing up a simple task so monumentally that they are sure not to be asked again.

However, as dimwitted as Hitchcock and Scully seem, they cooked up a truly devious scheme to get back at the 99 for the way they've been treated. In season 2 episode 8 titled USPIS, Hitchcock tells the squad that they had missed Scully's birthday and that it was a big one too. Out of sheer guilt, Peralta et al organise a whip round with everyone pitching in 20 dollars to make amends for missing the party.

When the coast clears, the evil geniuses split the winnings after successfully preying on their co-workers guilt. Truly maniacal. Must try this myself.
