Even though Captain Cold has taken steps towards becoming, say it quietly now, a hero, the rogue still cant help his instinctive nature at times. Walking through a future Star City that has been ravaged and torn apart, Snart cant help but drop in a jibe about how great a job Saras daddy dearest, Captain Quentin Lance, must have done with the citys police department. This was certainly a low blow from Cold, but then again, when it comes down to basics, he is still a rogue, even if it is a loveable rogue.
