Yay for Felicity Smoak! With our Legends team having crashed in 2046s Star City, the one thing shining bright above the wasteland streets is a Smoak Technologies building. Obviously in Arrows current fourth season, Felicity is the CEO of Palmer Tech following Ray Palmers apparent death. Clearly Palmer Tech is set to get a name change in this version of the future, though.
