6. Jackie Hoffman Is An Hilariously Sore Loser
Though most nominees generally have the wherewithal to at least pretend to be happy when they don't win an award, Feud: Bette and Joan star Jackie Hoffman was having none of it when Laura Dern beat her out for the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Limited Series or Movie Emmy.
Hilariously, Hoffman could be seen shouting "Damnit!" when the producers showed all the actresses simultaneously reacting to Dern's win.
Hoffman later posted a series of bizarre, apparently sarcastic tweets, such as "Laura Dern had famous parents. Forgive me for being from real people #elitism #Emmys2017" and "I hear that Laura Dern runs a child porn ring #soreloser Emmys2017".
Whatever it actually was, at least it had more character than the typical, possibly fake smile most awards "losers" put on.
