15. Snub: Mandy Moore (Best Actress In A Drama Series – This Is Us)

Despite receiving critical acclaim for her performance as Rebecca Pearson in This Is Us, Mandy Moore didn't receive a nomination for Best Actress.

Moore, who has been playing one of the leading characters on the hit NBC series for over two years, had much more material to work with in the recently concluded second season, which is why so many were convinced she'd land some recognition from the Academy.

Perhaps what makes her omission so jarring is the fact that her co-star Milo Ventimiglia picked up a nomination for Best Actor, and This Is Us is nominated for Best Drama, so it's pretty unusual that Moore was snubbed. With cable and streaming services taking over, This Is Us remains the only network TV series to consistently get nominated for Emmy awards.
