Netflix's new adult animated offering for 2017, Big Mouth puts a new spin on teen comedies by having hormones manifest themselves as giant monsters that appear at the worst possible times.

The show succeeds not just by being funny and insanely gross, but by the fact that it's one of the most accurate depictions of going through puberty in recent years. Since the kids started in 7th Grade, there's plenty of potential left in this.
