As Peter swims about with a fin strapped to his head humming the music played before a deadly shark attack, the camera pulls back to reveal an actual shark lurking below, looking up at Lois and Brian who are relaxing on inflatables. Fortunately for them, the shark is "watching its weight" because it doesn't want to be alone again on the fourth of July, and also has a dog bone stuck in its anus.
