You may know her from Friends, or her starring roles in Two Broke Girls and Joey, but Jennifer Coolidge also flexed her fierce accent skills as Frederica in Season 8 Episode 18's Forgotten But Not Gone. She played a hardy physical therapist during Daphne’s absence from the show due to Jane Leeves' real-life pregnancy.

In this 2001 episode, Frederica puts Martin on a tough exercise routine and cooks German food for the Crane family. A parallel to Daphne's British cooking traditions.

Her character doesn't take no for an answer, but doesn't last beyond this episode as Daphne's weight-loss story arc would soon be over.
