In the episode A Bicyclops Built for Two, the crew meets an alien named Alcazar, who Leela agrees to marry. In this scene towards the end of the episode, on the far right you can clearly see a guest very obviously based on a Yithian, a member of an alien race from H.P. Lovecrafts 1936 short story The Shadow Out Of Time.
