Like so many other characters, groups, themes and stories, the Ironborn were tossed aside and never re-emerged. However, with the North on its knees (barring the comfortable Boltons) how have the Ironborn been taking advantage of the situation? They're set for a comeback in Season 6, but I'm interested to see how they will fit into the grand scheme of things. It's too far through the series to start introducing pointless side-stories. Every minute counts, and the Iron Islands need to be relevant, focused, and impressive throughout Season 6, otherwise they'll fall as flat as Dorne.
