7. Sansa Stark
Why She'll Survive
Sansa Stark has suffered more loss and trauma than almost anyone else on the series, and managed to come out stronger and more powerful than ever before, while emerging as a potentially great player of the game. It'd be a shame if all that did was result in her eventual demise.
An alliance with Littlefinger would lead that way, but she seems more likely to (eventually) reject his attempts at turning her against Jon, and continue to do what she's always done: survive.
Why She Might Not
There have been numerous instances where Sansa could've been killed, so maybe it's being held off for the most dramatic finale possible. She's also the least safe of the remaining Starks, and maybe the writers don't want them all to make it.
