Why She'll Survive

Arya is one of the characters originally outlined to live at the end by George R.R. Martin - the others include Bran, jon, Tyrion, and Daenerys - and there's little to suggest that's changed, even as the show increasingly diverges from the books.

She's been through a hell of a journey, losing her family and her identity, before regaining the latter - and soon the former as well. She's a key hero among the unlikely group Martin has assembled and will see survive, and her journey has been too great to see her die at the end.

Why She Might Not

Because Game of Thrones can be a cruel, cruel show, and killing off the best of the Starks while letting the others live would be a major example of that.
