Considering it's an HBO vehicle, with American producers and an original source American author, Game of Thrones boasts a fantastic cast of, surprisingly, British and Irish actors and actresses. Many of the faces you will have seen before and been unable to place or - due to the heavy costumes and countless battle scars - may not even be able to distinguish the recognizable thesps under it all it at all! To save countless Google searches and time wasted looking for the answers to these mysterious people (time that could be spent trying to comprehend the latest arrival to the ever growing cast list) I have provided an in depth look at some of the Westerosians (?) previous work before they donned the swords and shields and marched under their respective flags.
