18. Bran's Fall

The first episode introduced us to the world of Westeros through the eyes of the Starks. It wasn’t immediately clear just how brutal and twisted the show would be, or what exactly to expect from it.

Then we see little Bran Stark innocently climbing around the walls of Winterfell, and what should he stumble on but Cersei Lannister, wife of King Robert, having sex with her twin brother Jaime, the Kingslayer. And then Jaime pushes Bran from the tower, almost killing him in the process.
