3. Cersei & Jaime
Likely Outcome: Revenge gained.
Whether Tommen is with them by the end of the season, it seems particularly likely that his parents will get their vengeance against at least one of their enemies. The High Sparrow will pay the cost of defying the Lannisters and basically proclaiming himself undefeatable and it is inevitable that the blonde twins will then turn their attentions back to the Martells.
With Ser Robert Strong in their power, there's not a great deal that can stand in the Lannisters' way (barring a return for the Hound or Jaime suddenly realising he actually DOES love Brienne and giving up his life to adopt Pod and live happily ever after). And while it's best to think of them as animals backed into a corner, the minute Cersei doesn't have children to worry about will be the moment she goes completely off the charts.
For a while at least, that should advance the good name of the Lannister House.
