Marriage in Westeros is almost never for love, and especially when children are involved they get absolutely no say over their future. So it was good to see Myrcella Baratheon going down a route that offers a little of both. Originally shipped off to Dorne and betrothed to Trystane Martell as a power move, the only daughter of Cersei (and Jaime) this week did genuinely seem to be quite taken with her would-be-husband. Furthermore, when uncle/father Jaime shows up and attempts to take her back to Kings Landing, she refutes him, wishing to stay in Dorne with its heir. This doesnt seem to be a move motivated by power, but rather a rare case of a young girl in Westeros following her feelings rather than what she is told to do by those whove just used her as a pawn. That means itll probably end terribly for her and Trystane, but for now, you go girl!
